Q) What is the average turnaround time for a
repair?
A) RBE Video
strives to have repairs looked at within a day or two from the date
of receipt. Actual repair turnaround time can vary however and is
dependant on parts availability. If the manufacturer has the part in
stock, repair ETA is usually anywhere from 3-4 business days. Parts
that are backordered have a longer ETA which can range anywhere from
4-6 weeks.
